In 2025, South Seas was honoured to supply MCC, PLC, DB, VSD, and AHF systems, along with full technical support, for the sludge treatment and inlet expansion works of the WRRF (Water Resource Recovery Facility) upgrade project led by Sydney Water. This critical wastewater infrastructure upgrade aims to improve sludge treatment capacity and expand the inlet processing system to meet the growing demand for urban water services.
The services provided by South Seas covered a wide range of key deliverables:
Design, supply, and on-site technical handover of y MCC, PLC, DB, VSD, and AHF Control system wiring, functional testing, and system integration
Installation assistance and positioning confirmation, ensuring all equipment was installed in accordance with design specifications
Commissioning support and fault response, enabling smooth system start-up
