The products have successfully passed the Class A severe corrosion test, with verified performance in thermal stability, fire resistance, and internal electrical protection.

Their enclosures feature a dust- and water-resistant design, achieving IP4X/IP54 protection levels under different ventilation configurations, while internal separation reaches Form 4b / IP2X standards.

Outstanding Electrical Performance

Under pollution degree 3, with a rated impulse withstand voltage of 6 kV and a rated insulation voltage of 690 V, the PSC assembly has successfully passed the clearance and creepage distance verification.

The main busbar and 4000 A incomer unit passed the 80 kA rms short-circuit withstand test (peak 176 kA), ensuring circuit continuity under extreme conditions.Outgoing units ranging from 16 A to 250 kW DOL also passed 80 kA rms short-circuit tests, demonstrating stable and reliable performance.

Thermal Performance and Heat Dissipation

At an ambient temperature of 35 / 40 °C (average / maximum), the PSC system exhibits excellent current-carrying capacity:

  • 2050 A under natural ventilation (IP54)

  • 2750 A under forced ventilation (IP4X)

Safety and Intelligent Protection

All exposed conductive parts, protective circuits, and electromagnetic compatibility performance have been verified.

The system has also undergone an additional internal arc fault test (80 kA rms), ensuring dual protection for personnel and equipment in critical environments.
