Karara Mining is one of Australia’s leading mining companies, dedicated to the extraction and processing of various mineral resources. As the company continues to grow, it has recognized the critical importance of optimizing and improving its business systems. As an essential component of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP BOM (Bill of Materials) master data plays a crucial role in the production process. However, over time, BOM master data may become inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent, affecting production efficiency and the smoothness of operational processes. Therefore, Karara Mining decided to initiate the SAP BOM Master Data Review and Improvement Project to enhance data quality and system efficiency.
